The Secret of Cat's Life Stage: The Path of Transformation from Infants to Adults

The growth stage of cats can usually be divided into the following stages:

Fetal period: It takes approximately 63-68 days from fertilization to birth.
Infant and toddler period: From birth to around 2 months, cats mainly rely on breastfeeding and their bodies develop rapidly, with significant changes in weight and body size.

Childhood: From 2 to 6 months old, cats begin to grow baby teeth and their claws can freely retract. This stage is also an important period for cats to explore the world and learn social skills.

Adolescence: From 6 months to 1 and a half years old, cats begin to enter puberty, their bodies gradually mature, and their hair becomes denser and smoother. Cats at this stage are usually lively, active, and curious.

Adulthood: From 1 and a half years old to 7 years old, cats have matured and all parts of their body have fully developed, beginning to enter a stable period. At this stage, cats have a relatively stable personality and basic habits.

Elderly period: From the age of 7 and above, cats begin to enter old age, their physical functions gradually decline, their hair may become dry, and their movements and reactions may become slow. This stage requires more love and care from the owner.

It should be noted that the growth cycle of different breeds of cats may vary, and the above is just a rough division. Meanwhile, the growth of cats is also influenced by various factors such as nutrition, environment, genetics, etc.
